For Buyers: By submitting your housing preferences and contact information, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and reflects your genuine housing needs
• You understand we may share your information with our network to help identify suitable properties
• You are genuinely interested in purchasing property and are not submitting information for fraudulent purposes

No Obligation

All offers are made in writing and are not binding until a formal purchase agreement is signed by all parties. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer prior to execution of a binding contract.
